With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California, Marc applies technical precision to deliver innovative solutions that enhance quality and efficiency. Mentored by his father, Peter, a 50-year foodservice veteran, Marc is known for strategic vision and reliability. He excels at streamlining supply chains and launching client products. A dedicated husband and father, Marc is an avid golfer and finds great joy in coaching his son’s baseball team, fostering teamwork and community.

A committed husband and father, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, golf, and tennis in his Texas community.
